Eraivo is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from on-chain execution, market volatility, or third-party chain behaviour.

You may use the Eraivo platform only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the contents of any intents you submit, including compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who submit intents that violate these terms or that our risk-verification layer flags as fraudulent, malicious, or prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eraivo and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
